A quiet, snow-white morning…
When I planned to do a mini session event for christmas, it was for the simple beauty of the evergreens. I brought music, cocoa, and blankets; all the stops to make it feel like a wintery escape. To my great joy – we got a serious upgrade! You could not have asked for more beautiful snow to fall the day we met for our session. It felt quiet – though the snow crunched under our feet – like the Woolf family had the world to themselves. Having arrived, everyone bundled up and headed out into the gorgeous winter wonderland.
For my first snowy shoot ever, it was absolutely a dream! God knew it would just bless my socks off. The obvious downside is that it was quite chilly! It can be tough to get happy smiles from a family with little ones before the addition of freezing temperatures, but we enjoyed our time together and captured gorgeous portraits for this beautiful family. T’was a dreamy session day I won’t soon forget!
